The Challenge of Order Tracking in Dropshipping
In dropshipping, a persistent challenge is the gap between when a customer places an order and when they can begin tracking it. This processing time typically lasts 3-5 days, leaving customers anxious and in the dark about their order status. This often leads to repetitive queries, rising disputes, and potential account issues.
The XMPacket Solution: A Seamless Logistics Line
To tackle this common issue, XMPacket has developed a dedicated logistics line designed to make every shipment easier to follow.
