Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website and services provided by CatFulfill Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong and operating under the XMDropshipping brand ("CatFulfill," "XMDropshipping," "we," or "us"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, connecting a store, or placing a service order, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them for that business.

Service Scope

Depending on the quote or order accepted by both parties, our services may include product sourcing, supplier coordination, customization support, inventory preparation, order processing, quality checks, warehousing, and arranging shipment. The specific products, fees, service level, and instructions for an order are determined by the applicable written quote, invoice, or order confirmation.

Accounts and Store Connection

You must provide accurate information and keep your account access details secure. For a Shopify connection, you may need to provide your store URL and collaborator code, install Dianxiaomi, and approve the requested collaborator permissions. You authorize us to use the approved access to connect the store and process the orders covered by our service. You are responsible for reviewing permissions and promptly telling us about unauthorized access or changes to your store.

Quotes, Products, and Orders

Product availability, supplier pricing, specifications, and shipping options may change before an order is confirmed. We will identify applicable charges in a quote or invoice. An order is subject to acceptance and the written order details, including product, quantity, destination, customization, and shipping method. You must review those details and notify us promptly of errors before purchasing or dispatch.

Orders and Payment

Where the agreed workflow uses an invoice, we will provide the amount due for the orders to be processed. Purchasing begins after payment is received and confirmed, unless a different written arrangement applies. Available payment methods and any payment-provider fees will be stated in the relevant invoice or payment instructions. PayPal transaction fees charged to the payer remain the payer's responsibility. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email or chat.

Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Processing and transit estimates are described in our Service Guide and may also appear in your quote or order confirmation. Typical estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. International shipments can be affected by customs inspection, carrier capacity, flight schedules, weather, public holidays, and other events outside our reasonable control. Tracking information is provided when available from the carrier.

Unless your written order says otherwise, you are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery details and for checking import requirements, duties, taxes, and product rules that apply to your destination and business.

After-Sales Support

If a package is confirmed lost, or if a delivered product is incorrect or damaged, contact us promptly with the order details. Incorrect or damaged product claims should be submitted within 7 days after delivery and include relevant photos or video where applicable. After verification, the available remedy may be a replacement, reshipment, or refund as described in the Service Guide or agreed for the order. This section does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate product, order, recipient, and delivery information.
• Ensure you have permission to provide any logos, artwork, trademarks, customer information, or other materials you ask us to use.
• Use our services lawfully and comply with requirements that apply to your store, products, sales, customers, and destination markets.
• Pay agreed invoices on time and cooperate with reasonable checks needed to source, prepare, and ship your orders.
• Not misuse our website, interfere with our systems, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or services.

Intellectual Property and Customer Materials

We and our licensors retain rights in our website, systems, and materials. You retain rights in materials you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to use those materials only as needed to quote, source, customize, fulfill, and support the service you request. You are responsible for ensuring that this use is authorized.

Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on Shopify, Dianxiaomi, payment providers, suppliers, warehouses, and carriers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will use reasonable efforts to coordinate the parts of your order that we have agreed to manage.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update the website or suspend access where reasonably needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or a material breach of these Terms. Either party may end an ongoing service relationship subject to outstanding orders, amounts due, and any separate written agreement. We will coordinate the status of accepted orders and personal data in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and information on it are provided for general information, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that third-party suppliers and carriers will perform without delay. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising from these Terms. Any additional liability terms must be set out in the written agreement for the relevant service.

Applicable Law and Order-Specific Terms

Mandatory legal protections that apply to you remain in effect. If a written quote, invoice, or service agreement for a particular order includes additional terms, those terms apply to that order to the extent of any inconsistency with this page.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised date will appear at the top of the page. Changes apply from publication unless applicable law requires a different process. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
